Richard H. Fallon, Jr, is the Ralph S. Tyler, Jr Professor of Constitutional Law at Harvard University Law School. A former Supreme Court law clerk, he has taught at Harvard Law School since 1982. He has twice been voted the most outstanding teacher at Harvard Law School by graduating students. Professor Fallon has co-authored several constitutional law and federal courts casebooks.
