Ambassador, Dr. Batbayar Tsedendamba is Mongoliäs well-known scholar and a distinguished diplomat on East Asian current affairs and modern history. He was the Director of the Institute of International and Oriental Studies, Mongolian Academy of Sciences, between 1990 and 1996.
