In addition, through this research proposal we will present an indicative literature review of the topic and likewise the research objectives. The main problem that exist in this region about routines is that until now there is not any comprehensive research that has been done regarding to routines and their impact in SMEs organizations stability or change. Therefore, this research will try to explore this phenomenon inside the SMEs and to cover the existing gap by pursuing an inclusive research.The common research proposal encompasses and defines the methodology that will be used through the entire research. So, in particular information will be provided for the sample method, data analyses, and ethical issues.Finally, the research proposal presents a detail time schedule when the research will be done and moreover includes and presents explicitly every single step that will be undertaken throughout the entire process. The main contribution that will derive from this inclusive research will be to have better knowledge about the impact of routines in organizations performance, innovation and feedback in south east European SMEs organizations.
