After his graduate studies at the Institute of African Studies, University Of Ghana, Joseph was employed as a Teaching Assistant, later he was awarded a scholarship by the Ghana Institute Of Linguistics Literacy and Bible Translation to pursue his PhD. Joseph lectures at the Valley View University and the University of Ghana.
