There is a need to generate a comprehensive perception on the dynamics of livelihood creation for the socially and economically peripheral people and also to generate social indicators to measure the progress based on a community perception.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mandal, received his B.sc (Ag) Hons degree in 2012 and M.sc (Ag) in Extension Education in 2014 from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya and Banaras Hindu University respectively. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D degree from BHU. He has published many research articles in peer reviewed journals of national and international.
