Nowadays, advancements in internet technology have made incredible changes in the way that banks and the banking industry operates. While the internet banking conquers our lives, the satisfaction of the customer of these banks is questionable. Perhaps customers examined in this paper from the East Europe and West Europe will attain economic maturity in the near future, to be followed by even more technologically aware and cyberspace-oriented individuals. This book is analysing the impact of the internet banking system, its importance and customer satisfaction in six major banks in Europe (three in Bulgaria and three in the UK) in order to propose actions to improve the thinking of the customers and to realise that this could be the nearest future. The goal is to present recommendations to the customers in both countries based on the critical analysis. This is done by examining external and internal forces, and one of the major problems of this sphere ¿ identity theft. Critical evaluation and application of methods used in this book trying to achieve specific aims from the researcher.
