This book investigated the relationship between e-government implementation in Nigeria and how it affects public trust in the government. In doing this, quantitative and qualitative primary data were sourced from seven public service delivery agencies of the government (Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Nigerian Custom Service (NCS), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC). Others were the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) and the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC). The book established a significant relationship between e-government implementation and public trust in Nigeria.
