Dr. Rinas has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, a Master of Arts in Counseling degree, she completed the majority of her doctoral study and work at Sophia University in Palo Alto, CA. She completed her dissertation defense and doctoral degree at Akamai University, in Hilo, Hawaii. She currently works and resides in Eugene, OR, USA.
