Therefore the coming enlargement seems to be historically unique and probably the largest challenge , which the Union has ever faced. A complete integration of the countries from Central and Eastern Europe with the European Union will probably be another momentous process in those countries history after their withdrawal from the Soviet sphereof influence.

Caner Önkol was born in 1979 in Turkey. He graduated from the Bilkent University International Relations Department, Ankara, Turkey in 2000. Respectively he received the Masters Degree from the same university and department in 2002. In 2005 he established his own firm on International Trade and Consultancy in Istanbul, Turkey.
