JOSEPH P. JOYCE is Assistant Professor at Wellesley college, and Affiliate of the Center for International Affairs of Harvard University. His research has appeared in the Quarterly Review of Economics and Business, the Quarterly Journal of Business and Economics, and other journals. College.
