Since 2015/2016, consumers have experienced an increase in their monthly water bills across all economic and social levels. This phenomenon represents both an economic and social issue on a national scale. Consequently, it is essential to study this phenomenon in order to identify its causes and propose comprehensive strategies for a production policy that can enhance production and improve financial and economic efficiency. The research aims to generate actionable recommendations that the company's management can adopt to significantly increase water production. The study has produced several findings and recommendations that the company's management must consider and implement ina practical and realistic manner. One such recommendation is the necessity of increasing the value of the company's capital assets.
