Autorenporträt
Rognvaldur Hannesson was Professor of Fisheries Economics at the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen from 1983 to 2013. He has been a consultant on fisheries for the World Bank, the OECD and the FAO. His books include The Privatization of the Oceans (MIT Press 2004).
