Cento Veljanovski is managing partner of Case Associates, a competition and regulatory economics practice, an Institute of Economic Affairs fellow in law and economics, and adjunct senior fellow at the Centre for Regulation and Market Analysis, University of South Australia. He is the author of Economic Principles of Law. Geoffrey E. Wood is a professor of economics at the City University Business School, London. He is the author Explorations in Economic Liberalism, and coauthor of several books, including Cost of Raising Capital: A Comparative Study of the Effects of Pre-emption Rights; Reforming the Governance of the Financial Sector; and The Structure of Financial Regulation.
