Judith Terstriep (Economist) is Head of Research Department, Innovation, Space & Culture at the Institute for Work and Technology, Westphalian University Gelsenkirchen and Lecturer for Social Innovation and Regional Innovation Systems at the Ruhr-University Bochum. Her work centres on (social) innovation and innovation systems and its societal value added. Dieter Rehfeld (Political Scientist) is Head of the Study Group, Industrial Policy at the Institute for Work and Technology, Westphalian University Gelsenkirchen and Associate Professor at the Ruhr-University Bochum. Regional structural change, re-industrialization and modes of industrial policy are among his core research activities.
