At the legislative level in the Republic of Belarus, cross-border cooperation is understood as: first, interaction with foreign countries at regional and local levels in order to promptly resolve cross-border problems, attract foreign investments for the improvement of cross-border and transport infrastructure, establish commercial organisations with foreign investments; second, development and implementation of regional technical assistance projects funded by international organisations and programmes in the field of How are these areas of international cooperation implemented in practice in Belarus?
