Autorenporträt
David Finkelstein is a cultural historian specialising in media history, Victorian print culture, and book history studies. His most recent book was Movable Types: Roving Creative Printers of the Victorian World (2018). His publications include An Introduction to Book History, the co-edited The Edinburgh History of the Book in Scotland, Volume. 3, 1880--2000, and the edited essay collection Print Culture and the Blackwood Tradition, which was awarded the Robert Colby Scholarly Book Prize for its advancement of the understanding of the nineteenth-century periodical press.
