Educational quality is where every institution must reach; that is why it is essential to raise the importance of the Educational Audit process for the improvement of the professional teaching performance of the Francisco Chico Pacheco Educational Unit in the period 2019-2020, being the teaching practice a process of great importance within the teaching-learning process carried out by the institution, in this study determines the scope or development of an audit is to improve the actual performance, of a teacher in the classroom, that is the problem lies in establishing whether the audit process contributes to the improvement of professional teaching performance in the Educational Unit mentioned; That is to say, to measure the form of compliance with the observations found in the audit processes in the institution to the teaching staff to improve their daily practice in the classroom and thus determine the corresponding activities that help to meet the audit observations from a qualitative methodology approach to find information, impressions and performance of the teaching staff.
