Using music to facilitate language acquisition is taken for granted by many teachers and researchers. The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of the one of the major factors of Suggestopedia,background music on the speaking performance of Iranian EFL learners .In summary, in this book ,research findings has shown that music can be included into the classroom to make the learning experience more effective and enjoyable. The current research focused on the effect of background music on the students' speaking skill, which is considered the most important skill in learning English as a foreign language .Its results and implications will no doubt be very beneficial to school principals, and EFL teachers.
