The most polluting product in the earth, according to many, is Portland cement. It contributes to about 10% of the world's CO2 emissions. The purpose of this study was to propose using waste materials to produce concrete in order to reduce the manufacture of Portland cement by using alternative ingredients. Therefore, lime cement was used as an alternative to the usual Portland cement, and about 15% of the cement weight was replaced with silica fume and environmentally friendly fibers made from discarded electrical and electronic equipment was used. This study's objective is to create durable, high-strength green concrete by using recycled copper fiber with different aspect ratio and study the effect of using different aspect ratio on property of high strength green concrete. The work called for the design of a high strength concrete mixture of cement with a compressive strength of 65 MPa according ACI 211.4R, In order to make high-strength green concrete, several experimental combinations were conducted, all of which relied on the findings of earlier researchers.
