Produktbeschreibung
The objective of this book is to propose project governance from a unique urban perspective that links corporate and urban project governance by analyzing two case studies to understand how the different internal mechanisms of project governance can influence corporate and urban governance. This research examines the theoretical basis for determining the conceptual framework and empirical evidence on the impact of project governance. The research findings indicate that governance considerations have not been taken into account in the pre-planning phases of urban projects, and the empirical evidence does not always support the theoretical background. Further research is therefore needed to elucidate this relationship. Thus, this book updates the state of the art on governance performance for empirical study by generalizing it to other projects in order to draw more accurate conclusions appropriate to contemporary circumstances.
