Human resource is the backbone of every organization, without worker no work should be possible.The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among organizational justice (Procedural, Distributional and Interactional injustice) and Psychological contract breach. In this paper individual effect of Procedural, Distributional and Interactional are seen on psychological contract breach. Paper results shows that there is a positive relation between Procedural, Distributional and Interactional injustice and Psychological contract breach. Employee perceptions were taken to evaluate the effect of organizational injustice on psychological contract breach. So there is a positive relation between the organizational injustices and psychological contract breach.
