This Research explores how reward system affect employees job satisfaction in Ethiopian Banking Industry. The study also investigates how age and gender moderate the relationship between reward system and job satisfaction. A sample of 251 comprising managers and employees of the bank were taken. The study employed descriptive and inferential statics to investigate how the various intrinsic and extrinsic rewards designed by the bank affect employees satisfaction and how age and gender moderate this relationship.
