In this study, the physical, emotional, perceptual and sixth sense cycles are as cycles of biorhythm and the components of the effect of confrontation or comparison, commitment, information bias, the effect of false assurance, bias, and the effect of scarcity are the components of the Financial decision error . Biorhythm cycles have a greater impact on the quality of decisions. Theresults of the research show that there is a direct relationship between Biorhythm of Shareholders and Financial Decision Error.
