Today, employee well-being is the key factor in business success. A pleasant work environment is important for employees in which they feel protected, involved and valued so that they can grow, be productive, creative, share knowledge and realize their professional potential. Social capital, where good employee relations and interactions promote employee well-being, stimulates employees to share their knowledge with their colleagues within the company. In addition, collaborative platforms facilitate knowledge sharing at work while increasing employee satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to examine the mediating role of employee well-being between social capital and knowledge sharing and the moderating role of collaborative platforms between employee well-being and knowledge sharing within organizations. A sample of Tunisian firms provided the empirical framework for our field study, which aims to verify the links between these two roles.
