This research focuses on Facebook which is one of the most used social media.A questionnaire and field observation was conducted during the research to determine how university students interact with their phones that have Facebook installed and how this interaction affects person to person communication among students. Results indicated that the usage of Facebook has negatively affected person to person communication among university students and also most of the students are aware of these negative impact, yet they are glued to Facebook even in the presence of their peers.
