In order to create a successful company, employers should consider as many options as possible when it comes to retaining employees, while at the same time securing their trust and loyalty so that they can have less of a desire to leave in the future. Employee staying on a job come as a result of a systematic effort by employers to create and foster an environment that encourages current employees to remain employed by having policies and practices in place that address their diverse needs. However, the current situation in Uganda Police Medical Service Nsambya is characterized by long queues of over seventy patients being seen on daily basis. Dental department alone sees over twenty patients on any working days, few employees compared to the expected, unhealthy environment, continuous complaints among others.
