Marcel has a Master of Social Work (research) degree and is also a trained gestalt therapist and clinical supervisor. His experience from being a missionary, to youth worker, counsellor of adults and couples, critical incident debriefer and manager of a drug and alcohol service have informed his passionate interest in clinical supervision.
