The patrimonial effects of marriage(patrimonial relations between spouses) in the Romanian international private law.The monograph represents the fruit of the studies carried out in the period 2014-2019 presented at different conferences and published: in the volume of the conferences, various specialized journal.In the elaboration of the study the starting point is the law, in thedoctrine and jurisprudence, we will discuss the issues and new solutions offered by the Civil Code.
