This research is the result of a course completion work (TCC) and its object of study is PIBID - UEPA, within the scope of the Music subproject in Belém do Pará from 2012 to 2014. The general objective was to investigate the effects of PIBID - UEPA/Music 2012 - 2014 on the training of future music teachers, while the specific objectives were: to describe the experiences of PIBID - UEPA/Music scholarship holders and to analyze the effects of these experiences on the training of these scholarship holders in terms of preparation for professional practice. The importance of this research emerged from the need to understand how this program can interfere in teacher training. This research was carried out by means of an exploratory study, in which questionnaires were administered to PIBID scholarship holders - UEPA/ 2012 - 2014. The results of the research showed that this program has contributed to increasing the training of future music teachers through teaching experiences in publicbasic education schools and study meetings, planning, preparing teaching materials and writing scientific articles.
