The EFL Needs of Pharmacy Students: An Analysis Paradigm attempts to present succinctly and clearly an analysis model of the English language needs of undergraduate students in English as a foreign language (EFL) context. It aims to provide an account of the procedures needed to conduct a needs analysis for specific purposes. This study has one readership in mind: the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) practitioners who are involved in studying different groups of learners before designing courses and/or programs that meet their needs. This study helps them seek ideas and practices designed to facilitate endeavor in needs analysis which is considered to be the basic tenet in the process of course design.
