Lincoln Lindsay is a normal person; someone fascinated with psychology, philosophy, and happiness since he could remember, and someone who worked in customer service for over ten years in London. During this time, he conversed with tens of thousands of people from all over the globe; people with different backgrounds, circumstances, and beliefs which shaped their lives and way of thinking, whether religious, atheist, rich, or poor. These factors, alongside the reading and experiences he went through, gave him a comprehension he wanted to share, and if this book helps others even in the smallest context, he would be content the effort was worth every second.
