Emotional education is an educational, continuous and permanent process that aims to develop emotional competencies. Educational institutions should promote emotional education in order to increase individual and social well-being, contributing to the integral development of boys and girls. The Emotions of My World offers theoretical contributions for the understanding of Emotional Education and educational projects on: Emotional Literacy and Emotional Regulation, which were implemented in the first grades of School N°40: "Rosalia Fonseca de Aguilar" in the town of Speluzzi.
