Joseph F Montoya grew up in Washington State and graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1956. He spent two years in the Marine Corps. Upon his discharge, he returned to Wenatchee for a short time before moving to San Jose, California where he attended Foothill College for two years. He met and married his wife Mary, settling in Sunnyvale, CA with their daughter Rhonda.Joseph was a small business owner until retirement. He currently resides back in Wenatchee and has written several books.
