The topic of employee engagement is gaining focus day after the other, with several researches supporting the financial, intellectual and branding benefits for an organization with engaged employees. The question of whether, with all this focus, organizations are truly measuring engagement is still a major concern for several leaders and researchers. This book is a continuation of the journey that started back in 2012, and was summarized in the book launched back in 2014 "The Evolving Engagement Strategy - ISBN: 978-3-639-51458-2" and includes further research work on the proposed engagement model "The 4H© Engagement Model" with deeper analysis on the application of this model in practice. To author this book, we have surveyed, interviewed and challenged leaders from the banking, construction, education, health, energy and automotive sectors. This book is a contribution from us to the UAE government, as a humble support to the UAE strategic mission, and a promise to continue the research further in order to offer the best advice to organizational leaders across UAE.
