Monica Hale is Director of the London Environment Centre at London Guildhall University. She is the Vice-President of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management and has published widely on environmental issues. Her recent books include Ecology in Education (CUP, 1993) and Environmental Education for Biodiversity and Sustainable Development. Mike Lachowicz is an Associate of the London Environment Centre. He is a freelance trainer in environmental management and an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management.
