Autorenporträt
Helen Holländer is a 19-year-old author from Frankfurt, Germany. She started writing short stories when she was still in elementary school and since then has been an avid writer and reader. She took part in many writing workshops throughout her school life and has presented most of her works to her English and German teachers, who were all big fans of hers and supported her throughout her writing journey. The author loves to read Shakespeare and Dostoyevsky, which both inspired her to consider her writing in the form of poetic lines, which quickly formed into direct poems. The first poem of "The Epitome of Love" was written in 2021 and the last in 2024. Throughout those three years, many poems have appeared in this work, encapturing the growth of the main characters within the poems and the development of the author herself.
