Autor

Fari Syed is a poet, parent, and registered social worker. Her life's work is practicing care selfcare and community care-and communication. She sees her poetry as a means of therapeutic self-exploration and has become more resilient through writing. In her spare time, she likes to exercise, spend time with loved ones, and pursue creative goals. The Essence of Love and Experience is her first book.
