Many know the name; few know the man Jonathan Edwards can be hard to pin down. He was intelligent, yet warm; he preached graphic sermons on hell, yet wrote stirring essays on beauty; he was a product of his time, yet a reformer. In short, he was complicated, as most of us are. More than learning about the pivotal moments of his life, more than grasping the major themes of his thought, you will encounter God through the eyes of Jonathan Edwards.
