Then, in the next two chapters, we undertake a panoramic presentation of the formation of the corporate culture and its impact on human resources practices.The fourth chapter focuses on the models of analysis of the corporate culture. On the other hand, the fifth chapter is devoted to the Algerian context and its objective is to present the national culture as a reference framework for the culture of Algerian companies. A penultimate chapter exposes a set of case studies on corporate culture, in order to clarify the links between corporate culture and its success.And at the end of this book we will present a Cocktail of Questions, to deepen the knowledge.
