Isa Nanbo Baba was born in Paida, Minna in 1958,Niger State.He holds the titles of Walin Gawu and Sarduana Kungo in Gurara Local Government Area in Niger State. He has a Ph.D in History and lectured at Zungeru College of Advanced Studies Zungeru, Niger State before joining the Federal Civil Service in 1991.
