A history rich in a religious fusion of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, as well as some of the most fertile territory on the continent, have all had an impact on the fascinatingly distinctive cuisine. Ethiopia's culinary expert hopes to inspire enthusiasm for the nation's cuisine through this cookbook. I made the decision to return home and use his skills to promote what his own country had to offer after traveling the world as a chef.
