De hoofdauteur is Doctor in de Pedagogische Wetenschappen, Master in de Pedagogische Wetenschappen, Licentiate in Primary Education. Zij geeft leiding aan de bacheloropleiding basisonderwijs aan het Centro Universitario Municipal de Baraguá, provincie Ciego de Ávila, Cuba en leidt een onderwijsproject in verband met de verbetering van het Cubaanse onderwijssysteem.
