The aim of this book was to determine how school stakeholders perceive schools as being an organization by metaphors. For this purpose,this study tried to find out how schools are perceived through the views of education inspectors, school administrators and teachers by metaphors. Metaphors are the analogies which are used to make concepts that can not be expressed in words and are difficult to comprehend more comprehensible or enrich the meanings of the concepts that are expressed.

He received his Ph.D.in Educational Administration Supervision Planning and Economy degree in 2011. The writer has been giving graduate courses on effective school, supervision of education, new paradigms in educational management. He has published many national and international articles and papers. He is currently working as an academician.
