In fact, we are dealing with a European legal system that integrates with the internal system of the member states. In essence, most of the norms produced by the Union are of an administrative nature and set out the obligations of the member states' administrations to their citizens and to the institutions of the European Union. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the different perspectives on the evolution of administrative law in the European Union. The paper focuses on two main aspects of the evolution of administrative law in the EU. The first aspect which is mentioned in this paper is a brief history about the European Community, today the European Union. As well as some opinions of some scholars of administrative law in the European Union regarding his transfer. The second part analyzes the treaties of the European Union, and the main innovations they brought to the administration of the Union.
