The purpose of this paper is to analyze the different perspectives on the evolution of administrative law in the European Union. The paper focuses on two main aspects of the evolution of administrative law in the EU. The first aspect which is mentioned in this paper is a brief history about the European Community, today the European Union. As well as some opinions of some scholars of administrative law in the European Union regarding his transfer. The second part analyzes the treaties of the European Union, and the main innovations they brought to the administration of the Union.
