Al Quds city represented in spiritual and humanitarian aspects can be considered as a special urban position of a distinct architectural identity that has been obtained through the historical development of the city, as this architectural identity was a result from the reactions between the city ways of building with all its behavioral aspects, Al Quds was a unique sample for a spiritual and humanitarian city as the city has faced a series of disruptive procedures and practices in the last five decades, which made the city lose its own spiritual, humanitarian, and historical style. Many archeological excavations have been taken through a systematic planning targeting demolishing the past historical periods which deform and cut the Arabic existence, as excavations where carried out under El Aqsa mosque. They seized many Islamic, Christian signs, as the terms of the resolution of the international conference for heritage is forming the legal context for protecting the cultural products without preferring any of the disputing parties that was confirmed by the conferences in UNESCO which hold the responsibility of keeping the cultural heritage at all international society.
