Retired Jason Kane divides his time between golfing, reading, and staying physically fit, while most of his hours are spent with his passion for creative writing.
Kane was educated at the University of Southern California, received an athletic scholarship in baseball, was an All-American, was the team captain of the school's National Champion team, and signed professionally with the New York Yankees.
In the business world, Kane built a successful multiple-office Executive Search firm specializing in technology.
Community service includes being a former City Councilman and Vice Mayor, Mentoring Orange County youths, and being citizen member on the Police Interview Board of the City of Los Angeles,
