Produktbeschreibung
This book deals with issues relating to the concept, design, evolution, legal basis and regime as well as the protection of the freedom of demonstration in a modern constitutional state. It addresses the problems that are decried every time there is a public demonstration and shows that these problems are not only found in the texts. The wording of the texts relating to public demonstrations is not better or different from the one carried by our constitution in article 26. It is rather the people who are supposed to implement this freedom that differ in the internalization of the principles of democracy and freedom. Each actor must understand what is required by law in order to respect this right. This includes the administrative authorities, the organizers, the demonstrators, the judge and the Congolese national police.
