Therefore aim of writing this book is to find the experience of parents of disabled children in rural and urban parts of India. The experiences have been divided in economical and socio emotional parts. The experience from both rural and urban parents has been compared in this book to find where parents have positive experience.
Autorenporträt
De heer Bakul Parmar is sinds 2004 werkzaam op het gebied van handicaps. Hij studeerde MA (Sociologie) en M.S.W. aan de Sardar Patel University, V.V.Nagar, India. Hij studeerde ook een MA in Disability Studies aan de Universiteit van Leeds, UK. Hij werkte als maatschappelijk werker voor gehandicapte kinderen. Nu is hij officier belast met gehandicaptenprogramma's in een NGO.
