In this book, a quantitative analysis of gene expression and its relationship with colorectal cancer was studied by real time-PCR. In the present study, P53 gene expression levels are checked in both colon cancer cell line and corresponding normal cell line. This was done by first isolating total RNA and conversion into cDNA. Using this cDNA for Real Time PCR, analysis was done.
