As everybody believes, health is wealth. A strong body is a blessing while a weak body is a malady. Over the years, many different health programs were introduced and instituted by various health-conscious private and corporate companies and as well by government health agencies. Health is an issue of almost all categories of life and society; and discipline is one of the key factor in achieving vibrant and perfect health. This truth is parallel in the religious sector. The number of closing churches and falling spiritual leaders keep on rising each year with one of the prevailing reasons: the lack or inconsistency in spiritual disciplines. This book provides an overview on the significance of the practice of spiritual disciplines in personal growth of a believer and in the church as a whole while it focuses on the extent of practice of spiritual disciplines in a church congregation. The results of this study will definitely awaken conviction and bring an intense desire for everybeliever, spiritual leaders, churches, seminaries and bible schools to go back to the basics of spiritual nourishment.
